Overview
Talinexo is a product family from Lealix IT Solutions, formerly known as KURBAS. Its three products cover attendance tracking, event management and organization administration for schools, campuses and growing teams. The first product, Talinexo Attendance, is already in use at our partner college; Talinexo Events and Talinexo Organizations are still in development.
The problem
Many schools still take attendance on paper logbooks or in slow manual queues. Records are hard to audit, and simple QR systems are easy to cheat: a screenshot of a code gets forwarded to a friend, and someone clocks in for a classmate who is not there.
Talinexo Attendance
A lightweight, mobile-first attendance app that turns the phones staff already carry into fast scanners for daily roll calls, faculty timekeeping and campus checkpoints.
Anti-fraud QR codes: dynamic, time-sensitive codes encrypted with AES-256, so forwarded screenshots, proxy clock-ins and tampered payloads do not work
Offline-first syncing: scanning continues on poor or no internet, with logs cached on the device and synced on reconnect
Exportable audits: automatic daily, weekly and monthly attendance reports for compliance and admin records
Staff sign in with Google, Microsoft or email and work from one account across the Talinexo products.
Coming next
Talinexo Events will handle the full lifecycle of assemblies, seminars and conferences: self-service registration with unique attendee passes, rapid gate check-in with instant approval indicators, and automatic certificates and evaluation forms after the event.
Talinexo Organizations will manage rosters and leadership structures for student councils, clubs and departments, with a role-based member directory, clearance and dues tracking, and an archive for resolutions, minutes and announcements across terms.
How it is built
The mobile app is built with React Native and Expo, using the camera for scanning and secure on-device storage for offline queues. A Fastify API backed by PostgreSQL and Redis handles sessions, check-ins and real-time updates over WebSockets, the web dashboard and landing site run on Next.js, and files are stored on Storage4Everyone, our own S3-compatible storage.

In development. Talinexo Attendance is live with our partner college; Talinexo Events and Talinexo Organizations are not available yet.
